Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base in the IT website services industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the digital services landscape.
Roles and Responsiblities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for improving service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, and design) to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present reports on account metrics, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Identify and generate new leads and opportunities for IT website services, targeting businesses in need of website design, development, and digital marketing.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable terms.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Key Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the IT or website services industry.
- Strong understanding of website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of website analytics tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Key Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the IT or website services industry.
