At Techvizo, we strive to provide our clients with top-notch website development services and ensure their utmost satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund becomes necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Refund Eligibility:

We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients.

Refunds are applicable only to specific services or situations as determined by Techvizo.

Services already rendered, such as design consultations, initial concepts, or completed development milestones, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.

There are no refunds on dedicated servers, vps, cloud servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software’s like plugins, theme, or any kind of subscriptions purchases.

Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to accounts@techvizo.com within 7 working days from the date of service delivery or project initiation.

The request should include detailed reasons for the refund along with relevant supporting documentation or evidence.

Evaluation Process:

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will carefully review the circumstances and the service provided to determine eligibility.

We reserve the right to assess the nature of the request and may request further information or clarification as needed.

Refund Decisions:

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the approval date and will be issued using the original method of payment.

Partial refunds may be considered based on the extent of the service provided or any applicable fees.

Techvizo reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Exceptions:

Domain name registrations, third-party software purchases, or any expenses incurred by Techvizo on behalf of the client may not be eligible for refunds.

Customized or personalized services that are tailored specifically to the client’s requirements may have limited or no refund eligibility.
